RW is seeking qualified and highly motivated engineers and project support staff from multiple disciplines for work on a highly specialized and very high priority 18 month project assessing safety relief systems throughout CPIs entire Sumatran-based operations. A stand-alone team is being formed and will be dedicated exclusively to this effort. 1. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (Flow Assurance Specialist)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Carry out flow assurance studies from conceptual to pre-feed/FEED/DED stages.
• Provide assistance or supervise flow assurance studies in the frame of basic or detailed engineering.
• Define multiphase transportation network and receiving facilities to mitigate flow assurance risks such as flow instabilities, slug control, prevention of solid deposits (hydrates, wax, scaling, gel strength determination, chemical injection requirement etc).
• Lead the implementation of project work at the terminal and interface with the Integrity. Will willingly take on challenging and sometimes uncomfortable and uncertain tasks and use the strength of conviction to persuade others and get the job done.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent, could be from Petroleum or Chemical Engineering background.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working engineering experience as a Process Engineer or Flow Assurance Engineer for oil & gas or petrochemical companies with a minimum 3 years in a supervisory position.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on Flow Assurance engineering and modelling and be proficient with related flow assurance software (PIPESIM, OLGA including all modules, PVTSim including all modules, HYSYS, Aspen) and codes/standards.
• Has experience in crude oil characterization, wax modeling and prediction of wax deposition along the pipeline including fine tuning with laboratory test data
• Has experience in interpreting laboratory test data and incorporating into the modelling
• Has experience in gel strength prediction
• Has strong knowledge to recommend mitigation plan to overcome wax and gel strength issues, pigging frequency determination and chemical management plan
• Good organizational skills needed along with proficiency in problem solving
• Ability to write professional technical reports including flow assurance and prepare effective presentations required

2. SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete process safety engineering design, coordinate Contractor’s activities in development of process safety engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if it’s required to support Company’s related projects.

3. PROCESS ENGINEER (Relief Systems)

PROJECT ENGINEER (PRO-1172)

This position will be based in Martabe Site and Maintenance Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks on, 2 weeks off, reporting directly to the Senior Project Engineer.

This position is responsible for providing technical expertise, design and management of in-house projects for modifications, upgrades and debottlenecking of the Martabe process plant and support infrastructure.

• Frontline Management of the safe and timely execution of approved capital and operational projects to achieve planned project benefits for the Company
• Undertake basic engineering calculations, designs and drawings for in-house projects
• Ensure Change Management System is used for all projects with communication, input and sign off by all key stakeholders
• Develop scopes of work, tender packages, selection of design standards, tender evaluations and project management tools as directed by the Senor Project Engineer to ensure that the Company is financial and legally protected while achieving optimal value on project expenditure
• Ensure all project expenditures are fully accounted for and comply fully with the Companys quoting and purchasing rules
• Ensure designs for all projects comply with recognised International Standard, specific Indonesian standards or mining regulations
• Ensure new projects and plant upgrades maintain a high degree of alignment and compatibility with existing plant equipment and spares were practical.
• Perform or supervise QA/QC activities in line with project needs, engineering specifications and ensure they are implemented and recorded to suit each projects QA/QC needs
• Manage and report project costs and progress status, including cost overruns, savings, variations, schedule changes and project specific information to key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Site Management of external engineering resources and contractor required for the execution of projects
• Manage and report project Key Performance Indicators and the implementation of appropriate changes to maintenance regimes, safety, reliability and capability improvements resulting from projects
• Prepare submissions and cost estimates for capital projects
• Ensure Maintenance and Process needs are fully considered during project design and implementation phases.
• Ensure that effective communication of project status is maintained with the PTAR Project Team, Maintenance and Processing to ensure minimal interruption to the business
• Ensure all changes resulting from projects are update in the relevant systems, including drawings, maintenance management system, inventory and document management system.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree (4 year) in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University
2. 5 years or more site based project or field engineering roles
3. 5 years experience in the design of mineral processing plants, materials handling, pipeline and pumping systems at a major industrial plant
4. Site based experience, project management or construction of mineral processing plants
5. Practical involvement in the site construction project or operations
6. Good understanding of all Engineering disciplines as well as Maintenance, Operations and Processing
