To support the function of the strategy pillar of the company, we are seeking for skilled and highly motivated people to join our dynamic professional team in the following positions:
1. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION HEAD (JUNIOR MANAGER LEVEL - RSH N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters degree: Psychology/Profession Psychology
- Min. 3 years experience in Recruitment and Selection; with minimum 2 years in Supervisor level
- Well known about Psychological Test process and creating psychological report
- Communications skills (Written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; must be an exceptional listener.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking to have the comprehensive perspective, yet the details of the recruitment process
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Must have a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor
- The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously.
- Have a thorough knowledge of recruitment the key trends
- Understanding of group process and team dynamics
- Experience with social media and applicant tracking systems preferred
2. TALENT MANAGEMENT (TLM – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychological / Human Resource Studies from reputable university. Certified Human Resource will be an advantage.
- Min. GPA 3.00
- Has at least 1-3 years experience in managing Talent
- Advanced knowledge in the organization and administration
- Strategic planning
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Office related computer applications is required
3. SENIOR TRAINER (TRN - N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree: any major
- Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
- Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel (Mobile)
4. IT LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor and/or Master degree: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other discipline of technical orientation
- Working experience: at least 3-7 years in managing IT team (6+ preferred)
- Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
- Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
- Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
- Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes
- Hands on experience in: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server database, E-commerce knowledge, Project Management skill (PMP/ Prince2 certified) would be an advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
5. IT OPERATION SERVICES HEAD (JUNIOR MANAGER LEVEL - ITOSH N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree : IT
- Working experience : at least 2 years at managerial level in IT field
- Familiar with Windows Server, SQL, and TCP/IP, Hardware & Networking system
- Good Knowledge of project life cycles and project methodology
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
6. RESEARCH AND COMMERCIAL ANALYSIS HEAD (JUNIOR MANAGER – RCA - N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of any major with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Master degree are welcome to apply
- Experienced in Market Research, both primary and secondary.
- Thorough knowledge in Marketing Management (mandatory)
- Excellent in Data Analysis.
- Report Writing
7. INVESTMENT ANALYST (INV – N111)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.00
- 1-3 years working experiences in finance or accounting; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Understand financial model experience is preferred
- Excellent in analytical skills and communication
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong leadership and good team player
- Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage
8. TAX DEPARTMENT HEAD (TAX – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
- Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
9. FINANCE SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR (FIN – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: Finance/Accounting, from reputable university with good academic result
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduate or 2 years experience in related fields
- Strong knowledge of financial
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
- Will be located in Jakarta
10. BUYING SUPPORT – SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (BYS – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduates; 1 year experience in retail system development project will be preferred
- Good analytical & systematical thinking
- Eager to learn new things and adjust fast to changes
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications: excel, power point, word, etc.
11. MARKETING DIVISION HEAD (MDH – N11)
Requirements:
- Candidate will handle the strategy of marketing communication, in term of sales and brand awareness, through execution of all marketing plan and effective campaign to support the company’s business growth
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Marketing / Communication preferred
- Working experience: 5 - 10 years’ experience in positions of increasing and similar responsibility; retail business experience preferred
- Highly skill in analyze and resolve problems with quick, efficient, and collaborative way; able to anticipate future trends and to support the creation of innovative strategies in term of marketing strategy in all form of media (printed & digital)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal); excellent command of English (spoken and written)
12. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION & E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT HEAD (DCE – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree of Design and Visual Communication (DKV); Marketing or Business Administration
- Communication and/or Journalism
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years in managing the corporate, internal and social networking websites, online marketing experiences with basic knowledge in advertising and search engine optimization and coop with third party for marketing initiative
- Very detail oriented, cross functional thinking, well-organized, excellent writer and good presenter
- In depth knowledge and know how of internet and website technologies, social media engine, regulation and evolving progress of internet and website technologies, social media engine, regulation and evolving progress
13. LEGAL PROPERTY AND REAL EASTATE SUB DEPARTMENT HEAD (LPR – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree : Law
- Min GPA 3,00
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
- Strong capabilities in dealing with legal matters; agreements of BKPM, laws and regulations that related to the business of the company, corporate documentations, etc
- Computer Application : MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power point.
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
14. LICENSE SPECIALIST (LCS – N11)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: Law
- Working experience: at least 1-2 years experience in License, have similar working experience in retail industry is preferable
- Have good relationship and networking with government
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal skill
- Computer Application: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power point
15. PRAMUNIAGA / KASIR (PMG/KSR – N11)
Requirements:
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMU/SMK
- Berpenampilan menarik, tinggi badan min. 160 (Pria) dan 155 cm (Wanita)
- Lajang (belum menikah), usia maks 25 thn.
- Bersedia untuk bekerja shift dan ditempatkan di semua cabang Super Indo.
- Menguasai dasar-dasar MS.Office
16. SECURITY (SCT – N11)
Requirements:
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMU/SMK
- Berpenampilan menarik, tinggi badan min. 165 (Pria) dan 160 cm (Wanita)
- Usia maks 35 thn.
- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai satuan pengamanan minimal 1 tahun.
- Bersedia untuk bekerja shift dan ditempatkan di semua cabang Super Indo seluruh Indonesia
17. DC DRIVER (DRV- N11)
Requirements:
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMP
- Usia maks 35 thn.
- Memiliki SIM B1/B2
- Berpengalaman mengemudikan jenis truk Colt Diesel Double (CDD) or Colt Diesel Fuso (CDF)
- Bersedia untuk bekerja shift dan keluar kota (Bandung, Yogyakarta dan Surabaya)
- Ditempatkan di Distribution Centre (Gudang Pusat) Super Indo di Cikarang
