PT. Meares Soputan Mining is a Mining Industry with main office at Jakarta, representative at Manado, and Project Site located at Toka Tindung – North Sulawesi (Profil Perusahaan), to run our seamless operation, we need qualified candidate to support our operation at Commercial Department as :

SUPPLY SUPERVISOR
(Toka Tindung Site)

Duties : The primary role of the Supply Supervisor is to manage the Purchasing and oversee the warehouse and inventory functions and ensuring that all personnel are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures such that work is done in efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :
• Ensure a high level of support to user departments through cost effective procurement.
• Applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the procurement process.
• Control and manage all direct purchases, stock purchases, capital goods procurement including consumables and spare parts.
• Support Local Business Development and engage with MSM and TTN Local Business Development Department to ensure full support of local community business is achieved while ensuring MSM & TTN are obtaining the best price possible for goods purchased while maintaining a level of integrity at all times which as expected of our senior staff.
• Deputizing where necessary for the Supply Superintendent and providing cover during field breaks.
• Maintain department SOP and KPIs.
• Plan organize and control the activities of the MSM & TTN Supply Chain Department in order to improve and manage supply and commercial aspects of all services in accordance with MSM & TTN standards, policies and procedures, Indonesia Law and MSM & TTN Mine Contract of Work.
• Applying an ethical, efficient, risk management, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the process.

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree, preferable graduated in Industrial Engineering or Supply / Logistics.
• Computer Literate and English Certification, must have good command of both written & spoken English.
• Previous experiences at least in Supervisor level are preferred.
• Self – motivation and has an Analytical approach to assess solutions to problems.
• Excellent skill in training and presentation, verbal and written English, communication across all levels in the organisation.
• Previous experience within a gold mine operation and knowledge of procurement process
• Good communication skills, both written & oral.
• Displays leadership qualities
• Honest
• Ability to work effectively on own or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to train or otherwise mentor subordinate staff.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in an environment with multiple nationalities.
• Minimum 15+ years experiences in purchasing, Warehouse and Inventory in mining industry including project construction.
• Understanding of relevant sourcing capabilities domestics and international.
• Exposure to PRONTO or similar ERP system.
• Good interpersonal skill
